Legal & Disclosures

Welcome to the Elevate Gracefully Legal & Disclosures page. This section is designed to help you understand the scope of our services, your responsibilities, and important safety information. Please take a moment to review the following before engaging in coaching or counseling.

1. Counseling vs. Coaching

At Elevate Gracefully, we provide counseling and coaching services. It’s important to understand the difference:

Counseling is a therapeutic service focused on mental health, emotional healing, and personal growth, provided by a licensed professional.Coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented partnership designed to support personal and professional growth.

Coaching is not therapy, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for counseling or medical care.

By engaging in coaching, clients acknowledge that coaching services are voluntary, educational, and self-directed. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
